Dance Team

The student body at Emerson-Hubbard is so proud of our dance team and all they accomplished last year by winning state in jazz and being runner-up in hip-hop. With the great team we had last year the team this year is going to be fabulous. With returning members Justine Sebade-senior, Raychel Wyatt-junior, and Catherine Duerkson-senior. New members include Nicki Sullivan-freshman, Jordyn Gentrup-sophomore, Alona Habhab-sophomore, Lexi Boyle-freshman and Jayden Gubbel-:junior.
If you wanted to be apart of the team this year you would had to have tried out in may of last year. So if your thinking about it for next year, mark it in your calendars. If you don't know if your interested in dance watch their performances. We can look forward to seeing our dance team at the parades, an up coming fundraiser, the football and basketball games, and also at state. In a interview I asked Justine What can you expect from your team this year?" her response, "we never know, we have been practicing a lot so hopefully the dances come around."
We wish you good luck with every performance!! They will have their first performance at the football game September 2nd.
