TCNE trailed 18–14 after the first quarter but tightened defensively before halftime, pulling even at 26–26. Randolph regained control in the third, and although the Wolfpack scored 15 in the final period, the Cardinals matched the effort to secure the win.
Senior Thatcher Lamp led the Wolfpack inside, collecting seven rebounds, five points, and contributing on both ends of the floor. Logan Morgan and Tucker Anderson added perimeter scoring, while Jude Ridenour and Jaxon Hall provided key energy and defensive pressure.
A bright spot came from Landyn Servine, who grabbed 10 rebounds, helping TCNE finish with 36 total boards. Turnovers, however, hindered the Wolfpack as Randolph capitalized on TCNE’s 12 miscues.
Despite the loss, TCNE showed depth, hustle, and strong defensive stretches—positive signs as they continue early-season play.
