Wolfpack compete in Lewis & Clark Conference Meet……….
The Wolfpack teams competed at Creighton Saturday in the Lewis & Clark Conference meet. The girls’ team finished fourth but left about 15 points on the track, which could have made a good day for them even greater. The boys’ team had to find places to score in a deep and competitive field.
Kiya Tornez had a very good day collecting four medals of which two were gold. Joslyn Mackling, Rachael Bousquet, Hailey Millard and Cora Ridenour all collected three on the day.
Logan Kraemer led the boys’ team with four medals collected.
COACHES COMMENTS:
“The teams competed well, but we still have things to clean up and improve upon. The teams were competitive today but at times struggled. They are a work in progress, and we hope to be at our best for the district meet in 10 days.”
