The Student Council members were busy shopping for families in the communities of Emerson & Hubbard. They also wrapped all the wonderful gifts that were donated to the Giving Tree that was located at the First Nebraska Bank of Emerson. And of course, they snuck in a little relaxation & fun 😊

Last week the Preschoolers perfected their ABB patterns. They also practiced their letters with a little fishing 🎣

Beautiful morning for a walk to the New to You! ❄️

First graders went to the New to You Shop this morning to do their Christmas shopping. They used their money skills wisely spending a dollar. Interesting fact, the boys were done first!😂

Second Graders learned about communities with the help of the gingerbread man. He made our unit so much fun and we learned a lot about businesses in the community of Emerson!

What a fun day with these kids! So proud of the show they put on at District Leadership Development Events. For some, it paid off with a championship plaque and a trip to state in April! And for others, it was a chance to step outside their comfort zone and tackle the fear of public speaking. Congrats to all!
