Wagons



4th graders have been studying the Oregon Trail. Their covered wagons rolled in this week.

Highlights from FFA Week: members served a delicious breakfast for staff; Colton, Levi and Kendrick woke up extra early to drive their tractors to school; an attempt was made to get a group picture; and Ryan's new best friend, Loretta.




Last week, the Intro to Ag students created posters to help celebrate National FFA Week. They were to choose one word they thought described the Agriculture industry or FFA. They came up with some great ideas and very creative posters!




The E-H FFA got to teach the elementary all about eggs today! Students learned about and identified the parts of an egg. They also tried to prove us wrong when we said it was impossible to break an egg. Most did not succeed. We had such an egg-cellent time!




Congrats to the following students on placing in their respective categories at the 2020 conference art show! (2nd Place) Brock - ‘Patrick Mahomes: Super Bowl LIV M.V.P.’ Tempera painting and (3rd Place) Addison and Clara - ‘The Alphabet Keys’ sculpture.


Our first BIG spender at the Pirate Store! Students read to earn money to spend at the Pirate Store each month. Congrats Kenley on saving 125 pirate dollars to buy a basketball! Keep reading Pirates!

First graders did an outstanding job this morning on their performance of The Mitten, singing about the Milky Way and continents, and telling some facts about our presidents! 👏🏻

Read Across America week is March 2-6, and our theme is Reading is Magical. The elementary school is invited to celebrate this special week with the following magical days!
