Tri County Northeast competed in the Wayne High Mac Invitational today, Thursday, May 4th, at the Wayne Country Club. Ben Jorgensen led the Wolfpack shooting an 81 and finishing tied for 8th. After the scorecard playoff, Jorgensen received the 10th place medal. Brody Floyd shot a 92, Alex Andersen 97, Gabe Olesen 100, and Hunter Heikes finished with a 109. In a field full of class B and C teams, the Wolfpack shot their season best with a 370, earning them 10th out 15 teams. Good job Wolfpack!

Wednesday, May 3rd, there will be sports meetings regarding the 2023-2024 school year at Emerson-Hubbard High School starting at 4:00pm with HS Football/HS Boys & Girls Basketball/Cross Country/HS Volleyball Meeting AND Girls Golf/Boys & Girls Wrestling. All 8th through 11th graders interested in playing sports next school year should be in attendance.
Wolfpack JH track & field team is headed to Laurel this morning to compete at the Winside Invite. Field events set to start at 10 AM and running events will begin at 12:30 PM. Concessions will be available at the meet today. Good luck!

Coach's Comments: The Wolfpack finished 3rd at the Lewis & Clark Conference golf meet at Highland Oaks Golf Course in Ponca today. Placing for the Wolfpack was Ben Jorgensen with 84 which was good enough for 4th place. Gabe Olesen shot a 96 but lost in playoff to medal. Round out the team was Brody Floyd with a 99, Alex Andersen with a 107, and Jaylen Jackson with a 132.
Congratulations Brody Floyd for placing 15th out of 75 golfers at the Pierce Golf Meet on Saturday. It was a long, cold, and windy day!

2023 Elementary Track and Field Day, May 3rd, 1:00 P.M.
K-6 Elementary students and families are welcomed to join us in our 2023 Elementary Track and Field Day, located at the MS/HS Track. Everyone will participate starting at 1:00. Participants will be split by classes and will partake in all events. They will also be asked to wear a shirt the color of the class they are a part of (like the graphic).
