It's that time of year again when the leaf piles are as tall as your youngest child. You wake up, layer on warm clothing, and realize that you are out of fall clean-up bags. You're in luck! The NHS and Annual group have a few rolls left to sell. The rolls are $15 a piece and come in 55, 39, 30, and 18 gallon sizes.

The TCNE volleyball team will hit the court at Homer for conference play tonight against the Creighton Bulldogs for Game 1. Game 2 will follow with the opponent being either Bloomfield or Wausa.

Emerson-Hubbard Elementary School has been working on creating a new vision for our playground! This vision includes removal of all current equipment and installation of a large play structure, a set of swings and open areas for children to play. Ee is for Elmer the elephant! 🐘 Preschool read the book Elmer and learned it is ok to be DIFFERENT. Then they painted their elephant with water and stuck colored tissue paper to it. After it dried, they removed the tissue paper for the end results. 🎨

Tickets Punched! Congrats to Junior Jude Ridenour and Senior Alejandra Hermosillo for qualifying for state during today's district meet in Norfolk! Jude placed 13th in the boys race while Alejandra placed 15th in the girls race. Both will run on October 24 at the Kearney Country Club! Way to go Jude and Alejandra!

TCNE Wolfpack Cross Country Runners are gearing up for the Class D-2 District race this afternoon!
Girls race will start at 3:30 P.M. at Skyview Lake in Norfolk followed by boys race at 5:30 P.M..

The top 15 individuals and the top 3 teams will qualify for the state meet, held @ Kearney Country Club on Friday, October 24th. Good luck Wolfpack! Give it your all!

Wolfpack "Disco Fever" Junior High Dance will be held on Friday, November 14th at the Emerson-Hubbard High School Gym from 5:30-7:30 P.M. The dance is open to Emerson-Hubbard MS and Allen JH Students. Admission is FREE! A small concession stand will be open for students to purchase snacks and drinks.

Yesterday sophomores from Allen and Emerson-Hubbard attended Northeast Nebraska Career Day at Wayne College. They got to hear from professionals in career areas they’re interested in, attend breakout sessions to sharpen their career skills, and eat lunch on campus. Despite the rain, it was a great day!
