JH Boys basketball Homer Tournament scheduled for 1/15 in Homer has been cancelled due to weather.
"A" Club 9/10 basketball tournament that was scheduled for tomorrow (1/15) has been postponed until January 22nd.
Thank you to everyone who donated to the Student Council Holiday Fundraiser. With all the generosity, we were able to fill all of the Wish List tags, help with lunch accounts, and give some holiday cheer to families in the two communities. We would like to extend a special Thank You to the Pony Express of Emerson for hosting the Giving Tree, to Whitetails Unlimited for their extremely generous monetary donation, to the New To You for their generous donation of gift certificates, to everyone who helped fill a Wish List tag, and to those who made a monetary donation to the fundraiser. E-H FFA had a great day competing at District LDE's today! We came home with a 2nd place finish in Parli Pro and Extemporaneous Speaking. That team and Charlie Doyle will be competing at State Convention in April. Makayla Horak (Creed), Katie Utech and Codi Olson (Job Interview) all received blue ribbons. Our second Parli Pro team recieved a red ribbon. Congratulations to all!

The City of Emerson has been working diligently on creating community engagement opportunities. Varsity girls starts at 6pm followed by the boys varsity. Winnebago has a mask mandate for all spectators, coaches, and players.
