First graders were busy making corn 🌽 husk dolls to help decorate the Combs School for Christmas Tours. Children's presents have really changed over the years! 🎄

As part of Red Ribbon Week, classes have joined up to "Be Kind to their Minds by Reading" which goes along with this year's RRW theme - "Be Kind To Your Mind. Live Drug Free!" Here are some pictures of first and third graders reading with one another this morning.

Congrats to our TCNE volleyball team on bringing home an awesome 3-1 WIN last night over Bloomfield which advances them to the sub-district final game!
The #3 Wolfpack (14-15) will take on #1 Plainview Pirates (18-14) tonight at 7 PM in Plainview. The winner will continue play to a district final game on Saturday and a loss would end the season. Let's pack the gym and cheer on our team! Go PACK Go!!

It's Football Game Day!! First round of the D-1 State Playoffs is tonight! The Wolfpack is traveling to Crofton to play the Warriors. Kick-off is at 7 pm. Fourth graders visited the Heritage of Emerson this afternoon to visit residents and deliver fall cards. The cards were made in guidance class with Mrs. Ahlers. They even sang some songs for the residents.
Last week, E-H FFA members participated in a very competitive Area Land Judging contest. We had lots of new members trying the contest for the first time. Out of the over 600 contestants, we did have one member, Rachael Bousquet, come home with a white ribbon!

TCNE is hosting two of the L & C Conference Consolation games tonight in Allen starting at 5 PM. Games are best 3 out of 5 sets to 25 with deciding set to 15. First game will be Ponca vs Osmond then TCNE will take on Winside in game 2. Come and cheer the girls on in person as conference games will not be streamed. Good luck Wolfpack!
